I need a Video 3D cartoon animation

Hey,
I would need a 60 secondes video for our show.

We would need a white dressed cartoon men (with crazy wig as our characters....i can send you foto), who give some instructions to the audience. We can see the character have few body move, hip swing, and clap hands).
I can give you the timing and script of what the guy need to do. Maybe possible to add few text on some important moments ?

Background can be simple but with a futuristic atmosphere/look
