I need a short presentation video with minimal animation

I need a short presentation video. It may come under the heading of "whiteboard" or not. Basically I have an image of a dog holding a piece of paper. I want him to have that piece of paper removed to reveal a piece with different wording underneath and then again and again maybe five to ten times. The only sound will be a swish or whoosh as the paper is moved. Ideally the paper would either fly behind him or fall to the floor but I am open to suggestions.
