I need a 30 second video for an Ad Campaign

I need a 30 second (max) persuasive, well lit, concise and high definition video to go on an Ad Campaign I want to run. Ideally part of the clip would be me talking to the camera.

I run a firm of surveyors and it is to promote our property investment mastery program. This clip would entice viewers to click through the sales funnel.

Ideally I would like this completed ASAP so if anyone has any availability over the next few days that would be great. Happy to record something from home and send it across. I just want it to look really awesome! I am also happy to help with copy/script. I just need some help with the video editing to make sure it is perfect.
