Explainer Animation Video Needed

Hi, I am looking for a promo\explainer video for a property advertising website. A self service portal where users can post their properties for sale or rent.

I need the complete video i.e animation from scratch, music and voiceover. I can provide the script. The video needs to be in HD quality as it may be used in marketing purposes. The video will be 1-2mins long and will have a nice flow and keep the audience caputured.

I am looking to a person who can come up with an innovative idea/theme for the video.
