Create 5 minute promotional video

I want to produce a short promotional video of our company and people, we have no current video footage so this would need to be shot from scratch. We are based in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire. This would include clips of staff interviews, our management vision, some details of our production and finally the installed product.

I have a rough idea of what I want the video to be like but would be glad of your professional assistance in developing the detail!
