Animated Video for Website

I'm after an animated video creating which is based around sustainable construction and waste recycling.

Around 2-3mins, in length, I have a script for the voice over which is 400 words.

The video will show our logo and some text and quotes, but also animated, construction trucks, skips, pollution, construction workpeople, sustainable imagery, trees, plants, planet, wildlife etc.

If you could send an estimated total cost for a HD animated video with VO included and timescale for creating the above, and also if you can send examples of what you have done or existing links to what you envisage the final video could look like assuming you are able to create this.
