An advert to fill a 40 second slot to promote swift business solution ltd

We have paid for a 40 second slot on a series of tvs in a prime viewing location to be shown 6 times every hour,

I would like to have an advert that highlights all the key areas of the company, we have some new imagery that we are using on all our catalogs and vans this year which is an aqua colored oval with silhouettes of examples items we sell revolving round it, obviously this is usually a still but it would be great to see it animated i.e. seeing the silhouettes revolve around (like the rings of Saturn),

I'm imagining the revolving stopping at one item that best describes that area of the business i.e. stationery and then either a drop down or bubble from said item that explains in detail,

obviously the oval is designed to have a slight 3D affect so animating would be ideally 3D too,

we can provide separate high resolution versions of the silhouetted item images if necessary along with relevant text and logos,

we would ideally also advertise the fact that we have a shop and clearance range at our main office,

and advertise our website, use of online catalogs and social media, obviously this is a lot of information and i do not know as it will fit but would appreciate the try
