Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
My client is looking to present an A-Z of their business which will be used at an induction.
We are open to ideas about how you woul;d present this. We were thinking a whiteboard graphic would be easiest/cheapest option. But similarly we are happy to consider a word video like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-0cBZe_zLw
Or you might have a better idea.
Please quote without voice over as we will supply that.
Looking for your ideas as well as your bids.
For example, the A-Z goes like this:
A is for
Appraisals – you should be having monthly one to ones with your managers after probation and weekly meetings with your manager within probation.
Annual leave - is 25 days per annum. You are not allowed to carry over any holidays to the following year so make sure you take them! If starting part way through the year your holidays will be pro ratad accordingly. If you work part time your entitlement will also be pro rata.
Absence – if you are going to be absent please phone your line manager before your working hours. Text and email or getting a third party to call is not appropriate.
B is for
Benefits – the childcare voucher scheme is currently with Busy Bees and is a salary sacrifice benefit. Available from your start date.
- claim up to £20 for eye tests and up to £40 for glasses annually via the expenses policy.
- Taste card is a salary sacrifice benefit.
- Life assurance / death in service
- BUPA is a salary sacrifice benefit open to everyone. Just contact HR to request a quote.
C is for
Company Property – IT will issue you with a form to complete should you be given a phone or fob etc. Please ensure you look after your company property as if it were your own!.
Contracts of employment – if we have received two references back for you then we will have issued or be in the process of issuing your contract of employment.
D is for
