A short animation video showcasing how our product works

Using sprite animation I'd like a short video producing showing a scenario on how our product works.
Our product is a cable theft device, I'd like a video along the lines of:
-Van turning up and installing device and driving away
-Thief coming to tamper and try steal cable
-Man getting a text message letting him know someone is trying to steal his cable
-Police/security turning up and arresting the thief.
I have a deadline of August 2nd to have this completed by. The only colour that needs to be in is a blue colour which I can send over our simple logo to have on the side of the van.
