2D Explainer Video for a Match making site

I am on a budget for a not for profit organisation who connects Mosques together for the following site:

I need a explainer video for this site, to include 1 voice explaining the characters with some sound effects, no music but maybe something catchy at the background, just someone creative to do the below script in full to a good standard and explanation. The site is nearly finished, probably in a months time, so we expect the person to work and tweak the explainer video according to the site to keep it the same.

Please note that payment will be released when the site is done as we may need to tweak SOME of the video to make sure you take advantage of showing the sites features live on the explainer video i.e. the introducing Mosque Match part, we would need you to actually go onto Mosque Match and use that part of the site and it's search feature.
