15 seconds video for our homepage

We are launching a new website that will offer cashback services to our users. In order to explain how the website and our services will work, we will have a short video available from the homepage of our website. With this job we are looking for a designer that can create for us this animated video. The full script and description of the project is available in the attached file. We will need this job to be completed asap, please specify in your replies by when you could complete the video.
