1 minute promo video for a bike bell in SE England (with action and studio shots)

Hi

I'd like to record a 45 second to 1 minute demonstration / promotion video for Trigger Bell, a safer bike bell.

It will be used as the first thing visitors see on www.triggerbell.com and as a means of promoting the benefits of this bike bell.

The recording should take place in the South East of England or London.
It is likely that a Go Pro or two will be needed as well as fixings to bikes.
A bike or two will also be required and I can provide one too.
It will require music, voiceover and subtitles (which I can script).
It may require some recording in a studio (if necessary) but mostly I can imagine it would be recorded outside.
