Website link building for Nordic website

Seeking website link building using varied sources, e.g. blogs, articles submissions, directories, link wheels etc. Ideally we require a native of a Nordic country with an understanding of local cultures, which is a greaty benefit when deciding where to place the blogs, articles submissions, directories, link wheels. This is very much a give it a try and see project. We already have an existing website in Danish language and are looking to improve our rankings.
