In the long run, I am looking for an SEO specialist who can take on my web design clients. They must have a VERY good command of the English language.

For this initial job, I am asking for a REPORT on what I CAN DO to improve my rankings on Google against specific keywords.

I am not asking for a general 1 month of SEO. I asking for a report on what I CAN DO to beat my 5 competitors on the list. I want to make this clear. I am not looking for an ongoing plan for MY website dreamkatcha.com from you. I have SEMrush etc so not looking for a general site or backlinks audit.

I am being very specific as to what I am asking for.

The main questions I can think of that need answering are below - but I know there are a few more things that I have missed that are relevant.

Are the redirects on my site causing SEO issues?
Are my competitors meta titles and descriptions better and that's why they are ahead of me?
Are my competitors posting on social media or forums for backlinks?
Are my competitors web pages for each town better than mine or do they have lots of links to them (if so where from)?
Are my footer links from Low DA websites, such as website I have designed, hurtful to me SEO?
Are there specific backlinks that my competitors have, that would help me massively or are backlinks not what they are relying on?
IS there on-page SEO better than mine and is that why they are beating me?
Are there server issues or things that google isn't liking about my website that I can fix to help my SEO?
why do my competitors have domain.com/web-design-berkshire or domain.com/web-design-bracknell and how are they getting each town so high in google.
