Web 2.0 properties creation

Hi
I want to create web 2.0 accounts manually- I do not want them to be erase after a week.
I have set of 100 articles to publish on those web 2,0 properties.
I have a list of my properties.
I need 70 web 2,0 properties on each one post. On 6 web 2,0 properties there can be 5 posts.

Each post should have link from the anchor text which will go to my money site- you can see the required anchor text in the name of article.
Also I need to do on each post like 1-2 links to some authority website.-like wiki, some newspapers, wikihow...

I would like to have on each post own picture
The URL of web 2,0 shoudl be niche connected.

Is that something you can do?
If so how much?
What would be your time term?
