SEO Work on my personal website.

Hello,

Im a web designer and developer based in Surrey, UK. Up to now, I have carried out all my own SEO work. I've managed to get up to page 5 for one of my keyword phrases and page 8 for another one. In total this has taken me about 6-8 weeks.

I am looking to reach page one of Google. By finding a someone to do this for me, I would be able to offer this service to my current clients and more work may follow.

My targeted keyword phrases are 'web design surrey' and 'web designer surrey'. I have recently begun to target 'web design london' and 'web designer london'.

I have tested the optimisation of my website for the keyword phrases and it has come back as excellent.

Please provide details of what services you can provide me. All SEO techniques must be Google friendly and no black hat techniques.
