The person should know about everything which affects our business's visibility in search engine rankings.
I want someone whom our business can forge a relationship with over time, so not looking for an 'HOURLY' here. Trust and loyalty is paramount in our business, and you should hold these qualities too.
I am not looking to change any aesthetic of our site as this is something I am extremely proud of.
A knowledge of fashion or recruitment would be hugely beneficial here.
