Seo review , strategy then implementation

I require a full seo review for our site. Once you have done this we want a plan of action and you must have the resources to action and report on your plan on a monthly basis. We have a developer in place to action the onsite changes and ideas.

We understand that this is not a one shot deal and want someone to take our site to the moon for agreed but focused keywords using white hat techniques.
This will be a monthly regular contract awarded for 1 month (to see if we like each other ) initially then 3 monthly and then our success will be yours.
We are currently trading and successful business of 5years and have other sites if this works that we will roll this out to.
We are flexible on the rates and they will be dependent on results but do have a monthly budget in mind until the results kick in then we will review so we all make money as we currently use PPC and would reallocate funds.
