SEO link building on going optimisation

I have a few sites that I need regular SEO on and would lead to more work on others if the work proved to be good quality. I am looking for a reliable individual to complete the work weekly and then to send me a report with the work completed and the current positions. I have an understanding of SEO so I wouldn't be looking for overnight success but would be looking to put up good position within a number of months.
