SEO Project - required to look at my competitors incoming links and building similar backlinks to our website for the purpose of Search Engine Optimisation. I want specific links from the same sources as they have in order improve ranking. Also want the Freelancer to get permanent incoming links from websites in a similar field (law, property, housing etc). Primarily incming links via white hat SEO NO BLACK HAT SEO or link farm or hires links.

Looking to employ similar servbices across for ten other websites potentially if this task is done correctly.
