There are a large portion of URLs across the lickd.co site that do not have optimised/relevant meta data. We need a talented SEO copywriter to optimise the meta data across ~600 meta titles and ~600 meta descriptions. The copywriter should have expert knowledge of SEO best practice and have excellent examples of previous work.
Meta data requirements:
- All meta data must contain the main target keyword
- All meta data must be written to enhance CTR (Click Through Rate).
- All meta data must include the main benefit Lickd's offering will give the user
- All meta data must include a compelling CTA
- Meta titles should be approx. 60 characters
- Meta descriptions should be approx. 160 characters
- They need to be written in a logical, natural way whilst also ensuring we have at least one keyword within the description (in a non-spammy way).
- Google highlights keywords within the results in bold that match what someone has searched for, which draws the users eyes to the result, so it's important the description matches what people are most likely to search for.
- The aim is to get someone to click on the link, so the description needs to be compelling, whilst also ensuring it is going to describe the page they click on (we do not want high bounce rates).
- American English spelling
- Sentence casing
