SEO Basics Heading Tags

Hello:

This task concerns only the 192 blog articles on Squarespace and not the other website pages, as they have been corrected.

Squarespace site automatically creates   tag heading tags which are the page title for each article on the site.

Squarespace also has heading tags built into the page itself as:

* : Heading 1 

* : Heading 2 

* : Heading 3 

* : Heading 4 

If you add important text to the page as an H1 at the top, you will create a duplicate tag along with the page title, which harms SEO.

Surprisingly, no one has informed me of the following important mistake before, despite having used several SEO providers on this platform in almost a year. I have been mistakenly adding important title text as at the top of the page manually, which has resulted in duplicate title tags for all the blog articles - duplicating with the article title.

I need someone to go into each blog article and delete the manually added key text at the top of the page (not the blog title) or change it to an . Please also change the other key text at the top to and .
