Remove bad links

Need to remove some links from the search results. There are two people that are being negatively affected by some unwanted search results that appear at the top of the front page. One of the links is for a young woman that got caught up in gossip magazines and another is a person that got a bad business review. We need to have these results buried deep in the search results or removed. We are looking for a fast solution. I am a very experienced seo person and have other ways to remove bad links but these links have a high pr value and methods are working too slow.
