All sites must be PR2+
We need a guarantee of linkbacks (obviously as these are free accounts in a specific market, you simply need to create a public profile to get a link)
Please specify how many links you will be able to generate per month for the price you quote.

Time saving element is that you will create one profile and use that for all sites throughout (no time consuming email accounts to create and manage)
