Ongoing monthly SEO service (google panda and penguin update expert only)

I'm looking for a trustworthy and ethical SEO consultant that can provide SEO services on our website on an ongoing monthly basis.

We're only optimising 2 key phrases. One of the phrases currently ranks on page 3 and the other on page 9 of google.co.uk

I need someone who can guarantee to get us to page 1 within an agreed period through quality link building.

This I expect will rely on your full understanding and respect for google SEO rules and other factors.

I have been optimising the site in the last 5 months but the further we got for both keywords is page 2 and then we started slipping again last month to our current positions.

This project in my opinion has been priced appropriately as we're optimising only 2 keyphrases and all the usual on-site work has already been done. Of course you will still have to check to see if there are any issues before you get started.

I will expect to see evidence of other sites you have optimised successfully. so if you're shy about revealing that information, please do not apply as I'm not prepared to take the risk with you.

This is an urgent requirement and I'm looking for someone who can start immediately.
