One-way link research for my therapy website

This is an SEO link building exercise but it is NOT a standard job. Please, please, please: I do NOT want standard SEO proposals \"we can get you a million links\" !!!

The first part of the job is to research my competitors websites (hypnotherapists in the UK) and make a list of all the free one-way links which (a) they have, but
(b) which my site does not, and
(c) I could also get for my site.

This needs
(i) good, active understanding of English
(ii) some kind of \"social intelligence\" to work out which of their inlinks are unique to them and I couldn\'t get, which of their links are poor quality or spammy, and so on.

If the first part of the job goes well, the second part is to further research all and any GOOD QUALITY one-way links which my site could use.

The third part would then be to check that I am not already linked to from those sites, and to create the links. But right now I start with just the competitor research. It is perhaps one or maybe 2 days work.

I do not want poor quality or spammy links. I only want links which a human reader would think are OK, good quality links.
