Negative FB Review Must Go Down in Google Search

Someone left a negative FB review on a product that has not yet been made available yet. It's showing up on the first page of Google search just by searching for the product name.

I need to make that review appear on the second or even the third page in Google Search.

(1) I need to know if this FB product review can go lower in Google Search WITHOUT affecting my SEO -- CAN THIS BE DONE???
(2) How fast till I don't see the negative review anymore and
(3) How much will it cost
