Need Seo for a blog

hi, i do need seo for my blog . it was on already strong position but about a 1 month its rankings decreased . Couse of some spammers bomb my blog .

it is already pr 4 and indexed many pages , open about 4 years and updated daily.
Added keywords and url for my blog . Check .

most keywords are long tail keywords , but warning for you it is competetive.

* After 6 months , project finishes and no more payments.

* No additional payment will be made during rankings or something.

* For every successfull keyword rankings you may raise me invoice , you will be get paid.

* No monthly price or something.

*during the 6 months all rankings must be stable .

*you ranked well on top 3 , get paid and if again it decreases you have to work for it to make on top 3 , at least 6 months.
