Make multiple Landing pages for SEO

We are an international money transfer business with competitiors such as wise xe and western union, we want to start pushing our seo stretegy forward and as part of that we would like multiple landing pages built on our website that look the same but use slightly dfferent wording such as "send money to China" Send money to France" "convert GBP to AUD" "convert GBP to USD" exact same landing page but with different text, i have attached a document that contains the number of variations of this page. The freelancer should be skilled in SEO and web design/development, they should be able to contribute to ideas and ways this can work better and also be able to implement this onto our website with fully functional contact forms (with reCAPTCHA) on every single page, also each page will need to default to the corresponding search for example if they search convert GBP to USD when they hit the landing page the default currency should be USD in the "where would you like to send funds to" drop down list.
