Link Building / SEO

Hi, I'm looking for a freelancer to provide link building services for our automotive websites (we sell new & used cars of various brands). We looking to add a minimum of 50 quality links per month (one way text links)--this means the links must come from relevant websites (the content related to automotive) with minimum PR of 4 and not from link farms. Links must be manually submitted and not via submission engines/ softwares.

We have many websites and the successful bidder will work for us on a regular basis.

We are looking for professionals who know what they are doing (ideally have worked with leading SEO agencies) and all links will be manually checked. You will only get paid for the results so the bid amount must be for 50 qualified links and NOT per hour rate.
