I require SEO work done.

I need somebody to help me with the results of a seo moz crawl I recently had done. Apparently some meta descriptions are missing. I have Yoast installed on my wordpress site but I cannot figure out why it is saying this.

I need someone to go through my Yoast settings and pinpoint where I have gone wrong so that the Moz crawl doesnt say that I have meta descriptions missing.
