I need a UK White Hat Link Builder

I require someone to build links for a number of URL's.
I will provide 2 well written articles for each URL.

- I will need the articles submitted to 5 article directories which I will choose.
- I will need 5 social shares pointing towards the location of each article.
- I will need 20 UK (niche if possible) directory listings)
- I will need 20 relevant and well written blog comments
- I will need 20 generic social shares
- I will need 50 emails sent (I will provide a template) to relevant sites requesting backlinks. You will need to research sites that are relevant and who have a resources page.

Please note that I am only looking for UK link builders with a perfect grasp of the language. The price that I am willing to pay is £50 per URL. There will be 4 URL's to begin with and I will be looking to increase this number as rapidly as possible.

These links need to be manually created so I do not expect the same description in every blog and social site. Unique descriptions should be used. The link builder should also make sure that different anchor text variations are used.

You will be expected to provide full link building reports once the work is completed.
