Find SEO VA for contacting fashion bloggers for sponsor post collaboration

We are an fashion shopping online store. We want to find several SEO VA contact fashion bloggers for blog collaboration(to write a sponsor post for us and we pay for it).
I will provide you the website list and email templates. What you need to do is to find out their contacts and send email to them asking collaboration.(some contact via email and some contact on facebook)

We pay 2 dollars as commission for per post. Which means when there is one blogger writing post for us, you can earn 2 dollars, when there is 100 blogger, you can earn 200 dollars. (Someone can even earn 400 dollars per month!)

full time freelancer would be preferred.
