Create a strong organically ranking information website

We are looking for an individual or a company with a proven track record to develop an informational website that will rank strongly organically.

The site is to be built from scratch primarily to rank highly, so on page SEO and clean coding are essential.

To be awarded the job you should be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of search engine optimization, so that the site is created based on a proven SEO strategy. As well an in depth knowledge of building websites for this purpose.
You will have to provide references and proof of previous successful projects with the same or similar brief.

To be considered for this job, your application must be accompanied by a proposal.

Do NOT send generic proposals, they will be ignored.

Once the job has been awarded you will be required to provide a much more detailed proposal on how you intend to implement different tasks and how they will affect rankings and what you are doing to maximize rankings.
Payments will be released as milestones are reached.

We are not interested in a basic site with lots of links, this is a bespoke job.
