Assesment of Current SEO Plus Strategy

We need an assessment of a project's current SEO, in an easy-to-understand document.

What we do not want is a guide to SEO, we know enough ourselves.

We have a project that has been running for 6 months and we have both MOZ and Analytics. From these tools, we want an assessment of what's good and what's not good, and a strategy to increase relevant traffic. We do not want a rehashed MOZ report (which we can read anyway).

We have an offshore SEO team that needs management and guidance, as well as a close eye keeping on their daily output and achievements. To that end, this report is effectively a sales pitch to win that business.

I need a fluent English speaking SEO pro with proven evidence in competitive UK sectors. Create a report and strategy (at a sensible price as we are inviting pitches here) and we can discuss a long term management role.

This is a well-funded project with national targets to achieve. Do not underestimate the long-term opportunity here.
