Experience Level: Entry
We are urgently looking for a highly proactive freelancer who is either based in Nigeria or deeply familiar with Nigeria’s sports and betting ecosystem.

This role focuses 100% on organic growth no paid ads, no media buying.
The freelancer will help us source organic traffic, grow communities, and manage social media engagement across Telegram, WhatsApp, and major social platforms within Nigeria’s football and sports betting audience.

Work can start immediately.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities
A) Organic Traffic Sourcing & Community Posting

You will actively identify, join, and engage with relevant Nigerian communities, including:
• Sports news groups
• Football discussion groups
• Betting & prediction communities
• Tipster channels
• iGaming-related forums and chats

Key tasks:
• Share approved content naturally (no spam)
• Drive brand awareness, community joins, and engagement
• Adapt posting style to match each community
• Continuously discover new high-quality groups
• Maintain a living list of all active communities used

B) Build & Grow Our Own Communities (Telegram & WhatsApp)
You will create, structure, and grow brand-owned groups organically.

Community themes include:
• Sports news & updates
• Match insights and discussions
• Betting tips & predictions
• Fan engagement and conversations

Responsibilities:
• Set up Telegram & WhatsApp groups/channels
• Post daily relevant content
• Moderate conversations and remove spam
• Encourage discussion, polls, and repeat visits
• Keep the community active and engaging

C) Social Media Management (Organic Only)

Manage day-to-day organic activity on:
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• Facebook

Responsibilities:
• Create and publish regular posts
• Respond to comments and messages
• Engage with trending Nigerian football and sports topics
• Follow, interact, and build relationships with:
– Sports pages
– Influencers
– Tipsters
– Football communities

Tone must be consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant to Nigeria.

Deliverables

• Daily posts in owned Telegram & WhatsApp communities
• Regular organic sharing in external groups
• Active engagement on social media platforms
• Weekly performance report including:
– New followers
– Community growth
– Engagement levels
– What content is working best

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong preference (but not mandatory):
• Based in Nigeria OR deeply connected to Nigerian sports culture

Must have:
• Strong understanding of football fandom
• Familiarity with betting & tipster communities
• Experience using Telegram & WhatsApp for community growth
• Ability to grow audiences organically
• Excellent written English
• Highly proactive, self-directed, and reliable

Success Metrics (First 60–90 Days)

• Steady organic growth of Telegram & WhatsApp communities
• Consistent engagement across social platforms
• Increased inbound interest from organic channels
• Clear, actionable weekly reporting
