Upload a new feed through content API

We already have setup content API on merchant center, recently we have issue that we need to upload GTIN number. which we upload on our website product but somehow content API not taken those number and update on merchant center.

Looking for someone who helped to upload GTIN number on our woocommerece website ( if needed ) and fetch on merchant center ( Via content API and via sheet as well )
