Setup A Google Ads PPC Campaign + Monitor for 1 month

I am on the look to work with a PPC specialist who can help set up and monitor one new campagain.

Ideally, UK BASED for time and language reasons.

They must do the following.

-Well-Organised Campaign / Adgroup Structure
- Highly Targeted Keyword Research
- Competitor Research
- Optimised Campaign / Adgroup Settings
- A/B Split Testing (2 Ads per Adgroup)
- Ad Extensions i.e Call Extensions, Sitelinks, Location Extensions
- Mobile Bid Adjustments
- Compelling and Highly Effective Ads
-100 keywords
-1 campaign
-10 ad groups
-20 ads

I have a previous campaign that has been running that will show some past data, while the campaign has converted, its not converted enough so I'm happy to try a new campaign.
