Set up my Highly optimised Adwords Campaign ASAP

I need an expert who can set-up my ad words campaign according to my documented recommendation. I have everything on paper including a number of suggested keywords that can be used. Everything is laid out for you on paper and should be straight forward for some one that knows what they are doing.
