5Boro Digital is looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Media Buyer who knows how to turn Google Ads and Facebook Ads into consistent, measurable, and profitable growth.
We're looking for an experienced performance marketer who can go beyond simply managing campaigns. You should know how to identify opportunities, optimize underperforming campaigns, allocate budgets intelligently, and confidently scale what works.
You'll take ownership of the full paid media lifecycle across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign strategy, account structure, keyword and audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, retargeting, landing-page optimization, conversion tracking, budget allocation, and ongoing performance analysis.
Your focus will be clear: maximize ROAS, reduce CPA and CAC, increase qualified conversions and revenue, and continuously uncover new opportunities for profitable growth.
We're especially interested in candidates with proven experience managing significant advertising budgets and successfully scaling campaigns while maintaining strong performance.
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution, A/B testing, and conversion tracking is highly valued.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, commercially minded, and confident making decisions based on real campaign data. We want someone who can recognize winning opportunities, diagnose performance problems quickly, test intelligently, and know when and how to scale.
