General information for the website: I offer a tree stump removal service with bespoke diesel powered stump grinding machinery

Description of requirements/features: I am a one man band service operation who doesn't have the time or tech skills to optimize my WordPress built website so it appears on page one of any search engine. There is no reason for my website to be optimized globally. The service I offer is entirely dependant on a visit to my customer, therefore I am restricted to physically deliver my service to a specific region i.e. East Anglia U.K. In the past I was able to identify my specific "patch" within Adwords which proved to be too expensive despite my self imposed budget limitations. I wish to have someone experienced with WordPress and who can initially set it up for optimization that will hopefully achieve a high page ranking.

Extra notes: I offer a niche service with considerable competition (mostly cowboys) and my site must deliver a professional impression. Awarding this project will be entirely dependant on its price and the results of your bona fides. There may be further website improvement work on offer.
