Multilingual Adwords Setup -5hrs (small KW group)

Hello, we need someone highly experienced in Adwords (and well qualified) to do the following please:

* Make sure our site + webmaster-tools is all set up correctly (it's site.com/uk site.com/de site.com/es etc)
* Setup Adwords for each of the 5 areas/languages we cover. (it's a very small kw set, "wholesale X", "wholesale Y" and related kw's. Probably only 3--4 adgroups at most per area/language
* Provide ongoing maintenance
