Manage and optimize Google Ads marketing campaigns

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to manage and optimize our priority digital marketing campaigns (Google ads PPC) with a strong focus on lead generation (very prestige brand so target is not agreesive). The role involves:

Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across relevant platforms, ensuring timely launches and adherence to best practices.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs, including cost per lead and conversion rates. Demonstrated success in keeping performance well within target thresholds is essential.
Tagging & Troubleshooting: Implement and validate tracking tags, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure accurate attribution for all campaigns.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize budgets, and improve targeting strategies for maximum ROI.
Reporting: Provide clear performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in campaign optimization, strong analytical skills, and experience with troubleshooting technical issues related to tagging and tracking.
