I need a UK Google Ads Pro

We have had Google ads running for years now, we have also paid 2 other people to set up these campaigns, we still do not get a return on spend. The account has NOT been looked at in over a year apart from myself applying the suggestions Google propose in the account.


Paid 2 people over the years to set up my google campaigns we just seem to spend money with no returns, Im looking for someone to take a look and optimize the campaigns but they need to understand our target market a lot of people don't even after explaining it to them 3 times. So all campaigns have been set up by so called professionals albeit over year ago we do not run any call ads either so it all needs updating.

Ideally someone in the UK as other have bad grammer. Looking for someone to look at the initial campaigns that have been set up, change or tweak them update them, add the new call actions and increase click throughs etc
