I need a smart, fluent media buyer that knows what to do

I need someone who knows how to work with an online subscription business and convert more leads from the traffic that is landing onto the page.

We have a strong social media profile, Instagram 4M followers. We have good traffic coming already to the landing page but the aim is to convert more.

As to this date we have never done any ads, paid for any ads or paid anyone to do this, so this is the first time! So far everything has been done on our own to grow the social media channels and also the sales we currently make with our online subscription service.

You will work with me directly and be responsible for following tasks:

Requirements:

As the description says, looking for a ads manager and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

*Experience setting up, launching and managing effective Facebook campaigns
*Setting up retargeting pixels, custom conversions etc.
*Proven track record that you’re able to prove with screenshots/case studies
*Knowledge of landing copywriting, conversions, testing etc.
*Ability to check on client campaigns and report results
*Capacity to examine our projects and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily
*Be fluent in English
*Be open to a long-lasting working partnership

This is a long term relationship, will see how it goes for 1 month but the goal is to be a long term person that can deliver results. So when you apply please also state your monthly fee and also your monthly ad budget fee needed.

The fee I have put is just holding. I don't like to work hourly, I prefer a one time fee monthly placed.
