I need a logo created

I need to have a logo made for a new company that is a joint venture between a company called Decom Engineering and Herstaco B.V.

The joint venture is called GPCS - Global Pipe Cleaning Services and it is in the steel processing industry

Attached are the existing company logos - it would be nice to incorporate something of each in the new logo but this does not really matter if you think it best just to start from scratch. We need it to be high enough quality for large prints and to be etched onto a large machine but also to be small on invoices and brochures etc..
