Help setting up conversion tracking on AdWords

I have an AdWords account that is already up and running, but I believe that I've set up conversion tracking wrong. I have two different conversion actions/shopping carts to track (one is signing up for a monthly subscription, the other is purchasing one-time items), and I believe the way I set it up it is double counting conversions.

All I need a freelancer to do is check my conversions settings, and if need be, show me how to properly track the two different conversion types without double counting.

I am looking for someone who can do this quickly.
