Hello,
My company runs online webinar tutorials which we record and post on our youtube channel. However one of my trainers is having problems converting the Citrix GoToWebinar recording to YouTube. I'm looking for someone who can help him with this, troubleshooting the problem to help him find the solution. It might be a very simple job and could take ten minutes, but I will buy an hours worth of time to hopefully cover it.
Ideally I would like the successful candidate to call my trainer to talk it through with him, so if you have screen share if would be advantageous, but not essential. You can also share screens via Skype think).
