Google Data Studio - GA4

We have the below report pulling from GA4;

We're looking to add to a table which will break down the different conversion types in columns and months of the year in rows.

The list of conversion names in GA4 are:

telephone_click
general_enquiry
email_click
callback_request
book_an_appointment
register_interest
general_enquiry_options
book_viewing
compared_homes_enquiry
contact_page_enquiry

Ideally we want it to look like the attached (which is what we used to have when we ran universal analytics)
