Google Adwords Campaigns required.

I am looking for a Google Adwords Expert who can create a Google Adwords ad campaign for my website:
www.bigbargainstore.co.uk

We have over 27k items across 13 categories and around 350 sub sub categories.

I need each ad group to be assigned to each sub sub category.

I wish to have this completed within a maximum of 2 weeks.

Continued work will be guaranteed if this is a success.

A conversion tracker will also need to be placed on the website.
